If you submit your name, email, and/or phone number to submit a consultation request on our Online Booking Link, available from our website. Audra Coons, LLC/Audra Coons, LCSW will use that information to contact you at your request to discuss services available to you.

If you submit your name, email, and/or phone number by email or any other means of initiating contact, Audra Coons, LLC/Audra Coons, LCSW, will use that information to contact you in the manner of your request.
