In this powerful, highly supportive psychoeducational counseling program, I’ll teach you a practical, mindful and research-driven approach to eating so you can ditch dieting (and disordered eating) and finally get your energy and time back.
I’ll teach you everything you need to do (and what not to do!) to create a renewed relationship with food + body (and yourself!)
And I’ll also teach you how to apply these strategies to exercise, so you can stop forcing yourself to workout to exhaustion, and you can actually enjoy moving your body, AND get all the holistic benefits from healthy exercise.
I’ll break everything down into simple, easy-to-follow steps so you’ll never be alone while on your journey to healing & renewing your relationship with food + body + self.
What all is included?
Feel Good Formula
Audra will guide you through a step-by-step process to holistically heal your relationship with food using research driven methods that work! Meet Audra for more details on approaches I use.
8 Individual Sessions
You’ll meet with Audra for individual therapy sessions, 8 total, or approximately 2 per month, 45 minutes each, to get private and personalized support & guidance, tailored to you in a safe space. *Synchronous telehealth.
Educational Group Support
so you can process your learning, celebrate WINS, and encourage healing actions. You will have an opportunity for direct feedback, and to learn from hearing others’ questions and experiences. *Psychoeducational group.
Support Between Sessions
to monitor your progress, get feedback on your therapeutic activities, ask a question in between your 1:1 sessions, & is available anytime throughout the month as long as you are in the program. *Asynchronous telehealth service.
Therapeutic Tools
including PDF tools, resources & therapeutic exercises so you can practice new skills & habits to boost your healing and growth.

Note: This step by step process was designed to be delivered to you over a 4 month time period. If you decide to participate for a shorter duration, some topics may not be covered. I would love to talk with you further about your unique and specific journey to find out what would be best for you.
Feel Good with Food Telehealth Program Fees
Pay In Full:
$2,250 (Saves $250!)
Pay Monthly:
$562.50 Month-to-month
Recommended to participate in full 4 month program. Total $2200 for month to month option.
You can start and stop services at your own discretion, while program participation and fees will be collected on a month-to-month basis, and includes everything listed above. You will NOT be charged for any services you do not receive.
It is encouraged you participate for 4 months to get the most from this program, while you can decide how long you participate, and I will work with you to make a collaborative plan so you can get the best outcome you desire!
For private pay, I accept all major debit/credit cards, HSA cards, ACH bank transfers, and Google Pay.
Please note, this program cannot fully be utilized through insurance and will be subject to full or partial private pay rates.
I am in-network with Cigna/Evernorth and Lyra Health which may be able to cover partial sessions. If you’d like to submit information to your insurance company to utilize out of network benefits, please discuss with me during your consultation call.
