Hi, I’m Audra,

It’s time to heal your relationship with food + mind + body so you can spend your precious time on what you really care about!

Online Therapy for Women in FL, SC, & KY

I see you, struggling the way I did, frustrated with how to change your eating.

  • I see you stressed out, pushing through, just trying to keep going.

  • I see you, feeling dissatisfied with your body, thinking it’ll never change.

  • I see your spark has dimmed, and you’re not feeling like yourself.

  • I see you feeling distracted from all the things you really care about.

  • I see how exhausted you are, and how painful it can feel.

This Does Not Have To Be Your Path.

You don’t have to struggle any longer. But I totally get it - I used to be in your shoes. And for the last 9 years, I’ve been free.

And for the last 5 years, I’ve been helping other women do the same.

And You Can Too.

You want to be able to enjoy food without feeling bad, or like you’ve totally blown it!

You want to make healthy, confident choices about what and how you’re eating - you just have no idea how to make it happen!

Hi, I’m Audra!
